To participate as a Cash Flow Optimizer affiliate, you need an active Cash Flow Optimizer account — a free 14-day trial is sufficient, and you are not required to be a paying subscriber. Once approved, affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on eligible Net Revenue from each referred customer's Starter or Growth subscription, for as long as that customer remains an active, paying subscriber. The Program is open to U.S.-based affiliates only.

Affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on the Net Revenue of each qualifying Starter or Growth subscription, for as long as the referred customer remains an active, paying subscriber.

Commissions are calculated on Net Revenue actually received by Cash Flow Optimizer — after taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, credits, and processing fees. The commission continues on each successful recurring payment and stops when the subscription ends, lapses, is cancelled, or is refunded. Commissions apply to Starter and Growth base subscription fees only — see what's excluded below. The program does not pay commissions for clicks, impressions, leads, free trials that don't convert, or affiliate recruitment.
How the Affiliate Program Works
Create Your Account
Sign up for Cash Flow Optimizer. A free 14-day trial account is enough to apply — you don't need to be a paying subscriber.
Apply & Complete Onboarding
Sign in and go to Profile Settings to apply. You'll accept the Affiliate Program Terms and complete Stripe Connect onboarding (a W-9 and identity verification) so we can pay you. Participation is subject to approval.
Share Your Referral Link
Once approved, share your unique referral link. Referrals are tracked for 30 days from a visitor's most recent click.
Earn a Recurring Commission
Earn a 20% recurring commission when a referred customer subscribes to Starter or Growth — for as long as they remain an active, paying subscriber.
Commissions are earned only once a referral converts to a paying Starter or Growth subscriber — not for leads, clicks, impressions, or trials that don't convert.

Figures reflect 20% of the current base subscription price for the selected billing cycle and are illustrative only. Commissions are actually calculated on Net Revenue received by Cash Flow Optimizer (after taxes, refunds, discounts, credits, and processing fees) and continue for as long as the referred customer remains an active, paying subscriber. Participation does not guarantee any income, leads, customers, or commissions.
What's Not Included
Affiliate commissions apply only to base Starter and Growth subscription fees. The following products, services, and add-ons are excluded.

Commission Basis
20% recurring commission on the Net Revenue of each qualifying Starter or Growth subscription, for as long as the referred customer remains an active, paying subscriber.
Payout Schedule
Paid via Stripe Connect, monthly on or about the 15th, for commissions earned the prior month. Newly earned commissions are held 30 days first; payouts require a $50 minimum balance.
Who Can Apply
U.S.-based individuals 18+ with an active Cash Flow Optimizer account — a free 14-day trial is sufficient; you do not need to be a paying subscriber. Applications are subject to approval.
Eligible Plans Only
Commissions apply strictly to Starter ($99/mo) and Growth ($299/mo) base subscription fees, on both monthly and annual billing. All other products and add-ons are excluded.
Refunds & Reversals
Cash Flow Optimizer subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law (see our Refunds & Cancellation policy). If a transaction a commission was based on is later refunded, cancelled, or charged back, that commission is reversed.
Tracking Your Referrals
Approved affiliates can view referral activity and earned commissions in their affiliate dashboard, available inside their Cash Flow Optimizer account under Profile Settings.
Referral Attribution
Referrals are tracked by a cookie lasting 30 days from a visitor's most recent click on your link. If a visitor clicks more than one affiliate's link, the referral goes to whoever was clicked most recently.
Independent Contractor
Affiliates participate as independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Cash Flow Optimizer, and are responsible for their own taxes on Commissions received.
Term & Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause. Commissions validly earned before termination are paid on the next regular payout cycle, except where termination is for fraud or breach.

Only the Administrator of your Cash Flow Optimizer Customer Account can enroll. The Affiliate is your company, not an individual employee. A free 14-day trial account is sufficient — your company does not need a paid subscription to enroll. You'll need a valid U.S. taxpayer ID (EIN, or SSN where applicable) and a U.S. bank account, since the Program is open to U.S.-based companies only.
No. Each company has one Affiliate Link/Code, shared by and usable by every user on that account. Referrals from any user are credited to your company's single Affiliate account, and all Commissions are paid to the company, never to an individual employee.
No. Commissions are earned only once a referred customer converts to a paid Starter or Growth subscription. Free trials, leads, clicks, and impressions do not earn a commission on their own.
No. Commissions are calculated once per referred company (Customer Account), based on that account's subscription revenue — the Commission is not multiplied by how many users operate under it. Only one Affiliate is credited per referred company.
No. You may not use your own Affiliate Link to subscribe yourself, refer accounts you own or control, or coordinate with others to generate Commissions on your own or affiliated purchases. Such Commissions are void.

Commissions are paid through Stripe Connect to your company's Connected Account. You'll complete Stripe's onboarding using your company's tax information (EIN or business W-9), identity verification, and U.S. bank details before payouts can be issued; you can accrue commissions before that, but payment is held until verified. Payouts are issued monthly, on or about the 15th, for commissions earned the prior month, once a $50 minimum balance is reached. New commissions are held 30 days first to account for refunds and cancellations.
Nothing changes for the account itself. The Affiliate Link/Code, Commission balance, and referral history belong to the company, not to any individual employee or Administrator. If the enrolling Administrator leaves or loses admin status, your company's current Administrator administers the account going forward.
No. Affiliate earnings depend on the number and quality of qualified referrals who become paying customers. Cash Flow Optimizer does not guarantee leads, sales, income, or commissions.
