Cookie Policy

A plain-language explanation of the cookies and similar technologies Cash Flow Optimizer uses, why we use them, and how to control them in your browser.

Last Updated: July 13, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how RealtoResource, LLC, doing business as Solidify Solutions ("Cash Flow Optimizer," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://www.cfoptimizer.com and our application at https://app.cfoptimizer.com (together, the "Site" and "Services"). It describes what these technologies are, why we use them, and the choices you have.

This Cookie Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy, which explains more fully how we handle personal information. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Privacy Policy.

Scope. This Cookie Policy covers only our own Site and Services. It does not cover the websites, applications, cookies, or tracking technologies operated by our customers, or by third parties we link to. When you use the Services to run your own business, you are responsible for the cookies and tracking technologies on your own websites, and for any notices or consents your own visitors require — including on any lead-capture forms or landing pages you build using the Services. If you have questions about a business that uses Cash Flow Optimizer, please contact that business directly.

1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device through your browser. Cookies let a site recognize your browser, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are "first-party" cookies; cookies set by another organization are "third-party" cookies.

We also use related technologies, including local storage (data stored in your browser), and pixels, web beacons, and clear GIFs (tiny, often invisible graphics with a unique identifier that let us and our partners know when a page was viewed or an email was opened). For simplicity, we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.

Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain for a set period or until you delete them).

2. Why We Use Them

We use cookies to operate the Site reliably, keep your account secure, remember your settings, understand how the Services are used so we can improve them, and — for our public website — measure and improve our marketing and advertising. Some cookies are essential: without them you could not sign in or use core features. Others are optional and used for analytics and advertising.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

  • Strictly necessary. Required for authentication, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, and core platform function. These cannot be turned off without breaking the Services.
  • Preferences / functional. Remember settings such as your theme, last-used view, and dismissed prompts so the Services feel consistent across sessions.
  • Analytics. Help us understand which pages and features are used and where users encounter friction. On our public website we use Google Analytics for this purpose.
  • Advertising / targeting. Used to measure and improve our advertising and to reach potential customers with relevant ads on other sites and platforms. On our public website we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for this purpose, and Google advertising signals may be used to measure campaign performance.
  • Affiliate/referral attribution. If you arrive at our Application through an affiliate's unique referral link, we set a first-party cookie to attribute your sign-up to that affiliate for commission purposes under our Affiliate Program. This cookie does not track your browsing outside our Application and is not used for advertising.

We use analytics and advertising cookies on our public website (cfoptimizer.com) to understand how our organic and paid web traffic performs. Within the signed-in Application, we focus on strictly necessary, preference, analytics, and affiliate-attribution technologies needed to run and improve the product.

4. Cookies at a Glance

The table below summarizes the main categories you may encounter. Specific cookie names and durations may change as we update the platform and our tools; the categories and purposes remain stable.

5. Third-Party Cookies (Including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel)

Some cookies are set by trusted third parties that help us operate the Site and Services or measure our marketing. The main advertising and analytics providers on our public website are:

We also work with other service providers — such as our infrastructure and database provider (Supabase), hosting, analytics, and support tools — that may set cookies or use similar technologies to perform services on our behalf. These providers are contractually required to use the data only to provide services to us.

6. "Sale"/"Sharing" and Targeted Advertising

Because Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel disclose online identifiers and browsing-activity information to Google and Meta for analytics and advertising, our use of these technologies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws. We do not exchange your personal information for money. You can opt out of this "sale"/"sharing" and of targeted advertising using the methods in Section 7 below, and you can read more about your state privacy rights in Sections 14–15 of our Privacy Policy.

7. Your Choices: Managing Cookies

Our Site uses a cookie-consent banner that lets you accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies. Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and other non-essential technologies do not load until you consent to the applicable category, and you can change your choices at any time — including opting out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information — using the "Cookie Settings" control on our Site. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. In addition, you can control these technologies in the following ways:

  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, prompt you before storing a cookie, or browse privately/incognito for a session-only experience. See your browser's Help section for instructions. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or using core features.
  • Google Analytics. Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Meta Pixel. Adjust your Meta account's ad-preferences and off-Meta-activity settings.
  • Industry opt-outs. Opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
  • Contact us. Email us as described in Section 11 (for example, with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information") to request that we not "sell" or "share" your personal information.

If you disable certain cookies, some features of the Site or Services may not work correctly.

8. Email Tracking Technologies

Our marketing emails may contain pixels or clear GIFs that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. This helps us measure and improve our communications. You can limit this by configuring your email client to block remote images, or by unsubscribing from marketing emails using the link in any such message. This does not affect essential account, billing, or security emails.

9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers and browser extensions offer "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals or opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). While there is no common industry standard for DNT and we do not respond to DNT signals, our Site detects and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser or device. You can also manage your choices using the cookie-consent banner and the controls described in Section 7.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, the tools we use, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above, and material changes will also be reflected in our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
